"This an update to a review I originally wrote years ago:

I used Hannah Swanson as my insurance agent for 8 years, including boat, renters, whole life, multiple autos, motorcycle insurance and others. Everyone working there (and even the people who have left over the years — miss ya Kyle & Matt!) have been genuinely the most helpful and kind people I’ve had the pleasure to work with! Every time I called them it felt like chatting with friends, which feels more rare these days.

Hannah Swanson’s office - JayJ, Abagail, Danielle, everyone else - is truly the best. Thanks for all the help navigating claims, policies, cracked windshields, and all the little things :)

My favorite experience was getting a text from one of the people working there who was making sure I was wearing my helmet while I was riding my motorcycle! It was so sweet to see how much they care. Once I had the SCDMV suspend my registration due to a paperwork error — and the agents at Hannah Swanson/SF went out of their way to help me fix the problem when they didn’t have to. Thanks again so much for that one
